Sell Your Stuff - Ebay & Craigslist is a+

One of the excellent ways of making extra income is selling loose and unused items around the house and the garage. Becoming an eBay millionaire is far from a piece of cake although looking at it and though the thought of it seems extremely simple, making some extra money in tough economic times is definitely double.

We all have some stuff in the basement or the attic that we never use, hardly ever see, have outgrown, or just no longer need. Put up all the those items that are just simply cluttering the house for sale on eBay or Craigslist and make some extra cash.

Like the saying goes.... One man’s trash is another man’s treasure, after all.

These are some tips for selling on ebay:

1. Use The Best Pictures You Can Get. People always like to see what they are buying upfront before they buy. For successful eBay selling, make sure any products you list on eBay are accompanied by the best quality photographs you can get. I'm mainly meaning to buy or borrow the best camera you can get your hands on and take the photos in a well lit area for best presentation, the better your item looks, the more people will value it and bid higher.

2. Do eBay research. When you are about to sell on eBay and before you are listing a particular product, please spend a bit of time researching other similar items on eBay and follow the bidding process. This will definitely help you gauge the interest for your product and assist you in determining how much your product maybe worth.

3. Learn shipping options. Shipping is under the control of the eBay seller and you want to find the best method of shipping for your product in terms of price and reliability and then specify that shipping method in your eBay listing. Always remember to include the shipping cost in your shipping information for you customers.

4. Write a GOOD Description. When selling on eBay, you need a powerful and effective eBay listing. The trick to writing a strong eBay listing is to combine search engine friendly phrasing with strong details about the item in a way that will entice eBayers to bid on your item. Take the time to create a powerful eBay listing.

5. BUILD positive feedback first. Feedback really matters when you're selling on eBay. If you have a consistent record of positive feedback, all prospective buyers will both bid more often and be willing to pay significant higher prices. So you may want to hold back on placing higher priced products until you have a successful track record as an eBay seller established.

6. Be Professional... Provide customer service excellence that will build your reputation.. Selling on eBay is just like any business; to become an eBay success, you need to follow the eBay rules and provide the customer satisfaction that will translate into consistent eBay sales.

I agree with you one man's trash is a another man's treasure I never forget the time I gave my cousin some of my old shoes. It seem like he was walking on the clouds he was so happy and I would not wear them if someone paid me! A year ago I realize I could make serious money on ebay selling my old clothes and shoes but I just did not do well at all because I did not know how to market my products until my friend told me about newhouseinfoproducts.com!
