Quality Traffic To Your Website
It's rough but not impossible..

It has been long said that finding quality traffic on the internet is very hard to achieve. I would say this is somewhat true because I have been scammed quite a bit in trying to get my share in quality traffic on the internet.

I have been through the trial and error stage of internet marketing for General information websites, web stores and blogs for quite a while and it has been very rough in getting that quality traffic but as they say... If you keep trying you will succeed...


Below I have written some Information that can help you on your way to successful Internet Marketing.

1. Your Website - Web Store - Blog

Now in trying to achieve quality traffic... There are a couple things you need to know about your website before we start to get into getting traffic.

A quality Website Retains Quality visitors!! - This is all you need to remember when creating your money making portal!!

Focus on:

1. A nice simple layout -Easy to navigate
2. Nice flowing colors
3. Good font easy on your visitor's eyes
4. GOOD INTERESTING CONTENT, Products, Info etc in your niche***
5. at least a few SEO Strategies - Good Page titles, Keywords in text, etc
6. keeping it to the point with your landing pages for sales and make your product easily seen preferably near the top of your page. (not all the way to the bottom to see your product and add to cart button)
7. Make your site as user friendly as possible!

Good... now that is done... Lets get on to marketing..

2. REVIEW, REVIEW & REVIEW Internet Marketing programs
This is step which is hardly ever talked about in ways for obtaining quality traffic. This for me is the most important step in Internet Marketing. In business, it is often said that if a customer is satisfied or not with a service, they will talk about it. On the internet, Business is the same!!! People blog and review about services they used on the internet. This is how I weed out which ones are scams!!
My Conclusion: Search the internet as you normally do for Internet advertising programs, whether free or paid.... When you find one of interest... Take the name of that program... Type it in Google in a combination with the keywords "reviews" "forum" "blog" etc and try to find out what people are saying before you make your next sign up or purchase. It will save you time and money!!


3.Paid Services - Google Adwords - Yahoo Overture Marketing, etc (My Review)
These programs that offer this traffic can be the most effective, targeted and quality traffic on the internet. While some might beg to differ, these programs often bring my clients and I, good success.

SOME People say PPC Advertising Programs expensive and don't work!!

My answer: THEY DO WORK!! Start with a small budget you can AFFORD and work your way up. People need to understand that in this PPC advertising - You are not focusing on on how much people are coming to your site a day, but your FOCUSING on Good Keywords and your sale conversions - If you can start out with $5usd on the days you can monitor it, you can easily improve your sales conversions by;

1. Keeping your prices competitive
2. Making your site as sale friendly as possible (eg. addding faq page, Telephone number for buyers to contact you(customer service), Adding more details about your Categories and products, etc
3. Make your checkout process as simple as possible (one error or a little bit of confusion makes some people change their minds)
   
4. Let your customer know that their purchase is secure
   
5. Letting customers know they can track their package during shipping

Basically, Make your store exactly what look for when you are shopping for your items or services online.

My Conclusion: Start small, only use relevant Keywords and keep increasing customer service. If you get 10 targeted visitors to your site a day for $5 and you can consistently get 1-2 sales a day on most days... That is 10- 20% of your customers making sales... You can then move it up a notch... and keep going.. and keep working on improving your conversions.
